Next phase of the Ukraine Power System Support Project (UPSSP) considers further stability analysis taking into account dynamic stability aspects, in particular in terms of huge power plant’s outages and voltage stability.
Previous phase identified some potentially critical points from steady state analysis point of view, real behavior of the power system during observed (realized) hours recognized some others and dynamic stability study should examine all of them in more detail.
