Steady State Analysis of 2015/2016 Winter Peak Regimes and Training

Next Fourth phase of the Ukraine Power System Support Project (UPSSP) considers steady state analysis for the winter 2015-2016 maximum load regime to identify potential areas of network instability resulting the changes in network topology in the conflict zone of Eastern Ukraine and potential curtailments of coal and natural gas.

Previous phases identified critical network control points and generation units for previous 2015 year winter and summer regimes and accordingly recommended remedial mitigation actions.
